In general, the service was good. I was only in for a scheduled oil change, so I wouldn't expect any problems. The first receptionist I spoke to on the phone to book an appointment was a bit of a robot. They couldn't get their head around the fact my van wasn't on local plates, but we got there in the end. Service admin seemed friendly, place is clean, and importantly, has good coffee. That is an improvement over my last private visit a few years back, where the service was extremely unfriendly - so much so that I walked off with the cash I had brought to make a purchase.
