I tend to order from PP at least 3 times a month, always had great food from them. This week I've had a mixed kebab and BBQ beef pizza and both have been fantastic, the pizza especially was one of the best I've ever had

We have ordered twice from these, customer service is extremely poor, 1st time we ordered we waited nearly 2 hours for our pizza which then came wrong, second time same again nearly 2 hours and was missing a pizza, phoned up to be told they would send one straight out, originally ordered at 8.15 correct pizza arrived at 11.30 and was cold. Won't be ordering again terrible service.
Very disappointed with our pizza delivery this evening as the past couple of times have been lovely. We were told our food would be delivered within 50-55 minutes. . After an hour and a half my husband rang the takeaway to be told it was on its way. . My husband told the takeaway if it didn't arrive in the next 15 minutes we would cancel the order. . To which my husband got verbally abused and shouted at. The food took almost 2 hours to arrive and was cold . Will not be ordering again.
I ordered a delivery through their website and the delivery time was between 45-55mins and after 1 hour no sign off it and no contact from them and I rang them and there said its on its way and then I waited another 1 hour and still not here so rang again there said it was out for delivery won't be long and turned up 5 mins later. I live down the road from this restaurant and its not acceptable that I had to wait that long without any communication from them and the food was nearly cold.
If i could give 0 star i would. Ordered take away from them. IT NEVER CAME. THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. We have been scammed. Owner kept telling and promising/ liking the food is 10 mins/ 5 mins away. BUT NEVER CAME. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS. Be warned. DO NOT order from them.
