I called 111 because of my baby sister, she has a rash. For the first 30 minutes I was being asked questions about Coronavirus symptoms and then for another 20, the consultant put me on hold and then came back just to let me know that a doctor will call me within an hour.

2.5 hours and gave up, got GP appointment whilst day waiting. Very confusing department with 4 separate services. Can't hear names called due to noise

Had need for emergency care they were fantastic within 2 hours they had sorted my problem and got me a bed on a ward all the nurses and doctors were fantastic
