I was a former employee, so my visit was to collect some items for a project at home. Seemed quiet not many staff around, but my order was processed previous to my visit, so all ready no hanging about.i have experience of working and visiting this local branch, staff polite and friendly always willing to help out. I recommend a visit for all your plumbing and bathroom needs, I'm sure you will be looked after.
Great group of guys and girls run this place.. always gone above and beyond to help us out... Including arranging with ideal to pickup parts from the factory, when delivery over a bank holiday would take days and days. The store have also helped me out by pushing my car out, when it got stuck in the snow :) Lastly they have most parts in stock or can get them the next day!
Slowest service ever !!!! If you.mt Richard...place your order..go to Morrison's for coffee and then might be ready!!!
