Unfortunately no stars is not an option.since being taken over by YMG it seems to be run by disorganised automatons. I'm trying to arrange a virus injection at home and I've never been subjectedto such inane phone calls and messages. I'm hoping someone Frome the practice contacts me but if they do no doubt they won't know what I'm talking about so I'll have to back to the beginning yet again which is par for the course.

Telephone call times can be a little long at the moment but there is an option to call back when you are near the front of the queue. I find the reception staff helpful and the doctors and nurses efficient and welcoming.

It's very difficult to get an appointment. On all of the numerous occasions I have used the online booking system there have been no available appointments for a doctor for at least 3 weeks. On the occasions when I've tried to book an appointment by phone my call hasn't been answered. I've found that the best way to book an appointment is to go in person to the reception, which is obviously not that convenient.

The new phone system means over the past few months my partner and daughter have been suffering with infections and having to go to the hospital, I called this morning and was 17th in the que, my partner works and has struggled to get through for 2 month it's a disgrace and the receptionists said it's a six month trial but if you patients are suffering end the trial now before you accountable for someones death my daughter was close to getting sepsis because of the struggle to get in.
