Only 3 Skate Helper devices available, even during the weekend. No where was it advertised or posted that they were “for rent” only (5 each time at that). And then they had one not being used for 30 minutes during public skate and refused to give it to multiple people that asked. How are you suppose to be a good place for kids if you don’t have enough equipment to help children learn to skate who need it?

The place is fun and simple. You get what you ask for - ice skating. The only thing I am not too keen of is how unhealthy the food selection is, but I believe that is to be expected. Lots of fun!

I didn’t walk into the Iceplex so I am giving a neutral review to say that the amount of people loitering behind the building, around the parking lot, and driving recklessly... is very off putting. I was picking my niece up and am not sure how I feel about her coming back... she had fun but there were literally groups of kids hovering around the whole parking lot, staring me down, all hugged up on each other and smoking. Kinda shocked.
