As always, a first class service experience at Northstar. My service advisor, Jake, was awesome and even arranged for a shuttle for me to go to my dad’s house and pick up his vehicle to borrow while my truck was in for a warranty issue. Since it needed inspected, I asked them to do that too. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick it up and Jake said there was no charge because he found a coupon for a free inspection! Super service!

Just traided my Denali 1500 for a newer lower mileage SLT 2500 Duramax. I came from Michigan and used outside financing so we had to figure things out remotely. Dan was great to work with and I'm happy with the deal and experience. It was worth the 9 hour round trip.

I met up with a young man I think his name was Jake. Very upfront personable and caring person. Your dealership is I must say. One of the best I have ever gone to. Jake was helpful, understanding and kept in touch with me. He did not try to sell me more than I need which is unheard of!. But I will be dealing with your dealership from now on. I will purchase my next vehicle through you guys just because of his honesty. You all did a fantastic job repairing the water pump in my car which was not caught unfortunately by another Buick dealership.
