Organization difficulty: We were group of 4 friends and booked 4 slots a week in advance. Everyone was excited to wakesurf but we were told that they cancelled 2 out of 4 spots and can only accommodate 2 of us. It was an extremely unpleasant situation. To their defense we can say that they wrote us an email which we missed. Saying that there is a rule that one can only book up to two slots. Then, since we booked from account of the member they started to ask for extra money for the second person (me) in a very unpolite way. Saying thet we need to bring cash right now and ask us to ask our friend which went upset home to bring cash. Not accepting any other means of payment. Wakesurfing itself: Since the people driving the boats are volunteers they don't know how / want to teach. Don't know how to properly do a start for beginners.

Second hand (almost new) Ovation white 6.8 bought directly from Ganz boats in Zürich and delivered in August 2019 in Ouchy (Lausanne) on Lake Léman. Wonderful boat and in perfect conditions. She is agile, powerful, fast and reliable but also good-looking. She has attracted many spectators at the berth. Sales department (with special thanks to Daria Arnold) and assistance were outstanding. I had the chance to speak with Mr Ganz. Can't expect more from this boat perfect in all ways for the Lake Léman.

Ich durfte mit meiner Familie und Freunden meinen Geburtstag bei Ganz Boats Zürich feiern. Die Location war einzigartig und die Betreuung einmalig. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das sehr schöne Wetter und der umfassende top Service der Ganz Boats bleibt in sehr guter Erinnerung, sowohl bei mir wie auch bei all meinen Gästen.
Wunderschöne, einzigartige Boote! Sehr kompetente Beratung und ein tolles innovatives Sharing Programm, welches unbedingt mal getestet werden sollte!

Mir wurde super geholfen! Äusserst freundliche, schnelle, unkomplizierte und unbürokratische Hilfe, die man sich trotz vollen Auftragsbüchern für mich genommen hatte. Familiäre Atmosphäre mit motivierten Mitarbeitern, die sich auch gerne Zeit für Fragen zum Schiffbau und deren Bootsentwicklungen nehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
