I stayed here prior to COVID, and it was my first stay in a capsule hotel. I saw photos online and I just had to try it out and it lived up to all my expectations! It was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside was that any large suitcases had to be kept in the lobby area, so every time I needed something, I had to go downstairs. But this could easily be avoided if you bring a smaller backpack and store the items in your locker that is provided. They also have vending machines and ramen you can purchase in case you get in late and need something to eat! Note: Visited prior to COVID, so things may be different.

My first experience at a capsule hotel and wow not disappointed. It was very clean and efficient. I was provided with everything I needed for my stay. The size of the capsule was enough for me to sit up I'm 5'3". I'm a type that would be claustrophobic in certain spaces but didn't feel that way here. Perfect overnight stay for me. I also like the cute decor of pink and anime decor.
Very clean and nice place. The structure is very well worked out in how to get your bag with towels, pajamas, hairbrush and toothbrush. Every guest gets a locker and a cabin to sleep in. The locker is pretty small, my backpack fitted, but most other guest had to have their bags in the reception. The showers are clean with good products. I used the laundry machines that are easy and cheep. The location of the hostel is perfect just a couple of minutes from the Akihabara station that is on the JR line, two stops from Tokyo station.
This place only serves the ladies. If you want to spend a cheap night in Akihabara, this is it. Quiet somewhat large capsules, shower rooms, amenities package. It's also pastel and so pretty. They had a game collaboration when I went with some of those full sized cutouts of handsome anime guys, if you are into that. ️
Thank you for the help with cancelling my reservation. I will be sure to stay here when I am able to reschedule my trip. Excellent customer service!
I could not ask for a better place to sleep! For the price.. it’s Budget with class. Capsule was clean and everything (shampoo, face wash, pyjamas etc) were provided for. Will def choose to stay here again!
It's the best "hotel" in Japan I ever stayed. Everything is new, clean, and the soft pink walls create a nice atmosphere. All amenities you will ever need is prepared; soft pyjamas, make-up remover, facial wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and even hair oil, and, they prepare a small bag for you to carry your stuff to the shower hall. Simple things like having a make-up remover and facial cleanser in both the sink area and the shower room shows how well prepared they are. Oh, they have both curling iron and blow drier prepared, plenty of them. And the bath mat is prepared for each guest. You can pick up your own fresh bath mat from the shower hall entrance which is a small thing but very satisfying. The capsule bed is surprisingly "non-stuffy". The bed/capsule is similar to a one person bed size so you dont need any more space than that. They have the fixed light which you can only turn on and off and one dim light which you can adjust the brightness. The headboard has both normal socket and usb socket so i can charge two devices in one time. A small shelf keeps my keys from being rolled over. I didn't go straight to bed ... let's face it, we don't. They have pink lounge area with vending machines, microwave, etc. on B1 floor where you can watch tv and charge ur devices while eating. They have socket and usb socket at every table. And, each floor has a small lounge area you can hang. The locker room (on 5th floor where I stayed) is minty green with warm lighting. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I love everything about this hotel!
This is the best female capsule hotel in Akihabara! Almost all of the staffs speak English well, even two staffs speak fluent English. The price is a bit more expensive than other capsule hotels, but you get free amenities, such as toothbrush, comb, earplug, and even loofah. Plus points: English-speaking staff, good privacy, nice lady's amenities, convenient lounges (there are two lounges), two vending machines (hot and cold beverages), personal cabin (very comfy), and perfect shower room (including powder room with lotions), near access to Akihabara station. Good wi-fi connection. Minus points: thin mattress, no breakfast, and you need to re-check in no matter how long you stay here. Also, you have to leave the site from 10:00-16:00 since they do some cleaning.
