Doesn’t matter what you need ?they read they procedure,it’s like court order,they acting like court cases,if they can manage they will direct to machines to deal all your enquires.Who ever work Burgess hill branch waist of your time to communicate,even paying in your money to your account it can be a very tricky. What a waist of time ,it was a big mistake to opening a account in this bank.
