Have been a mortgage customer of YBS for the last 13 years, where mortgage products have rolled a couple of times, had a remortgage, a purchase and sale. The team at Dunfermline have always been helpful and pro-active, especially Kathryn, who has a brilliant depth of knowledge & experience, is always approachable and professional. With ad hoc support at times from the wider organisation, we can't fault them at all. Dunfermline team are a bunch of good people and can't recommend them enough. YBS have good products but Kathryn and the team are the reason we are still with them 13 years later.
